Health Services
The Health Services Clinic, located in Memorial Building's first floor,Ìýis open Monday through Friday during fall and spring semesters when classes are in session.
The clinic provides nursing assessments and recommendations, referrals, over-the-counter medication, screening and weekly doctor’s appointments. Hours of operation are posted at the beginning of each semester in the student portal, MyCIU.
For all new students (Undergraduate, Graduate, and Seminary) taking courses on campus during a regular semester, you must complete a New Student Health Form. Instructions on how to submit the form and requested attachments are detailed on the form.
